It is early here and most in the house are still sleeping. Well, everyone is still sleeping except me. We have the in-law in town this weekend and will enjoy a big traditional Father’s Day Breakfast later. Ian and Dan have are going to see the Cult at the Tabernacle tonight for Father’s Day. The rest of the day we will putter and play around the house.
Yesterday afternoon was so beautiful here. I am still wondering if the true Hotlanta summer is waiting to pounce on us, because the past few days have been delightful! Li Li wanted to blow bubbles and we were out. I guess that my modern thinking is that if we don’t have bubble mix, no bubbles. Grandma and Poppa snuffed and said that we had plenty of bubbles
They did the “old fashion mix” of dish soap and water, but the most fun came from the ingenious ways that Li Li and her Poppa came up with to blow the bubbles. They found some wire and straws, but the paint can opener was my favorite! It was perfect!
